Sharpie S‑Note Dual Tip Creative Highlighters use a water‑based ink, so they are not permanent like regular Sharpie markers. If the ink gets on clothing, it can often be washed out, especially with quick pretreatment. Some fabrics may need stain remover, but it is much more washable than a standard permanent Sharpie.

Sharpie S-Note Dual Tip Creative Highlighters use a no-bleed ink that is designed to reduce bleed-through on many types of paper. However, Bible pages are often much thinner than standard paper, so results can vary depending on the paper type.
For the best results, we recommend highlighting with light, even strokes and allowing the ink to dry before turning the page.

If one end dried out faster, it’s usually due to the cap not being fully sealed or being left uncapped for even a short time, the fine tip tends to dry out quicker than the chisel tip.

bleeds & small cap difficult to remove
The package advertises that the markers won't bleed through, but they absolutely do! they not only bleed through to the back of the page that's written on, but they also bleed onto the following page. Also, the cap for the bullet tip is difficult to remove. I agree with another reviewer that the plastic cap should have some kind of texture to make it easier to grip. for the price, I would expect a better product.

These markers are great for not taking studying organizing. The colors are soft and easy on the ice and the dual tip line is full for both highlighting inviting they don't breathe through paper easily the inmate notes look neat and colorful.

Please do better for accessibility
The colours are nice but that's about it. And if you're debating on which pack to buy based on colour, the 8pk only has three colours different from the 16pk. Five of the colours are the same in both packs. The design of these need to be more accessible. Because these markers are so smooth and have no texture or grip they are a nightmare to open if you have muscle issues like I do or any other disability that involves your hands. The chisel tip side isn't so bad because of the little hook part but the bottom cap for the fine point is nearly impossible for me to open. It would also be nice to have the colours on the package, and that goes for all sharpie products. Why should I have to search all over the internet to find out what colour pen I'm using? And even then it's not a guarantee that it's going to be accurate.

Portable, dependable
I use these when I am taking notes while reading my books. I don’t use them in the books so I don’t know if they’re good for that but I use them for color coordinated note taking on post its, so they at least write well on those! They’re small and light enough that I can carry them in a pouch in my purse and not feel like I’m lugging a hefty bag around. I love the colors, too! They write beautifully.

Very long lasting, reliable, doesn’t bleed through
These are my favorite “markers” to write with, doodle with, and use as a highlighter. This is the only sharpie I have found that does NOT bleed through the paper. They have the flat tip and the pointed. So easy to highlight with or write with. I have been using the same ones for months now, they last forever. These makers have got me through a lot of writing and a lot of highlighting. My older kids love them as well. They like to use them to highlight important notes when note taking.
