Q: Is one end a marker and the other a highlighter?
A: One end is a bullet tip and one is a chisel tip so essentially, yes.
submitted byM - 6 years agoA: The ink and colors are the same, but one side is a board tip and the other is a fine point. Many people use the broad end as a highlighter and the fine end as a marker :)

Q: will the color bleed if fountain pen is used on top of it?
A: It shouldn’t. Mildliner has a water-based pigment ink that is water resistant, but all inks interact differently depending on the ink formulation of the fountain pen, the surface, environment, etc.. We recommend testing a small area first to ensure it reacts how you would like it to.

Q: Do these markers bleed through?
A: It depends on the type of paper used, with thin paper, such as notebook paper, yes, but if you're using most journals (that don't have notebook paper, of course) or normal printer paper, they won't, unless you're going over it too much.
