THE BEST BUDGET FRIENDLY ALCOHOL MARKERS!!
Soo many good color options and good quality does the job without breaking the bank :D They do bleed in the back a little but just need a sheet or something in the back to not stain the next sheet other than that I have no complaints!

Great Introduction into Alcohol Markers
I wanted to try alcohol markers and learn how to use them without spending a lot of money. These are great for just that. They are smooth and vibrant. I'm digging how well they layer too. The finished project reminds me of a water color piece and I think that's really cool considering these are markers. Not digging the lack of yellow. The closest I've found is like a golden color that has a lot of orange. But there are some great skin tone colors in this set. To the parents looking for regular ink markers for their young children, these aren't it. They stain and bleed through because of the type of ink inside. These are a great beginner set for those on the fence about trying alcohol markers however.

The markers are not ordered, numbered, or named. The colors of the markers differ wildly from the colors shown on their caps. Also I couldn’t find just a normal red, orange, or yellow in the bunch. And for some reason there were a large number of markers that were some variation of brown/tan.

Dull not like the box
I never used an alcohol marker before so I don’t know if I expect it more but I can’t tell the difference between a regular marker and these and the colors on the box looks so vibrant and when I open it up and try to writing with any of them, they were dulldry, especially the lighter colors. You couldn’t even see them at all. I will be returning it. I guess I just expect it more, especially all the pictures they showed of what they look like in the coloring books. None of these markers would’ve made anything that bright

Budget alcohol markers
These are decent budget alcohol markers. The color selection isn't the best, but it's a good compliment to other more expensive sets. I do really wish the colors were named or had a code so I was able to properly swatch them.

Mondo Llama Alcohol Markers
The good: they’re affordable for beginners, the fine tip works well, the case is nice. The bad: the color selection sucks, there’s no yellows but 3 of the same shade of grey and 3 similar shades of brown… 5 types of oranges but barely any greens, etc. The chisel tip sucks on most of them and comes out streaky. No brush tip.

These markers are comparable to high-end alcohol markers. I wanted to expand my collection and already own the expensive ones, so I decided to give these a try—and I love them! I just got them, so I’m not sure about their longevity, but so far, I’m really happy with them!

Ugly colors mostly--not for kids
With 40 markers included, you would think there would be a nice variety of shades. No, we got three of the same shade of brown, plus several others slightly lighter and darker. Lots of gray. I don’t know about you but my kids gravitate towards pretty colors when coloring. These are mostly useless.

I personally do like the colors, but agree that some shades are definitely missing and the set leans too heavily orange/brown I loved the quality at first but the colors I use the most (though, only for a few weeks!) are already becoming splotchy and dry which is a big disappointment. Also the caps really don’t match the colors which only really matters if you don’t swatch or keep them organized (the bag is great and the markers do not get mixed up) but Overall I wouldn’t recommend these markers for artists, and I also don’t think they’d work well for children (they are permanent markers that bleed easily) and would only repurchase on a steep discount.

This is a great set.
I purchased this set when I came across coloring with alcohol markers. I have to say that it did not disappoint. In fact, this set created the coloring monster that I am turning into. The quality is great. I have noticed that some of the lighter colors may look slightly darker on the paper, but other than that I am loving everything about this purchase. The packaging is cute, sturdy, and well made. I think this is a great kit for beginners at a great price.

Color selection is poor but overall good markers
The markers themselves are fine but the color selection is trash (so many browns and grays without any reds or yellows). Also the color on the cap does not relate true to the actual color so it kinda ruins the coloring because you picked the wrong color.

They come in a cute carrying case and have a decent amount of colors! Although there isn’t really a true red or yellow. They also dry out really quickly so do not recommend for long term use or large projects.
