Bought this on accident for Quesadilla night and to our surprise it turned out tasting the same. It also melted just fine. I did try a bite straight out of the bag and thought it was blander than normal full fat sharp cheddar so if you are using in a dish that is heavy on cheddar cheese flavor this might not be a good sub. I will buy again.

I don’t know what it is but it’s not cheese! Appears to be some kind of rubber or plastic being passed off as cheese. If you love your family and value their healthy do not buy this!

Not Sharp, hardly tastes like cheese at all. I dont understand how you can call this sharp cheddar when its really just some kind of substitute. Tried making mac n cheese with this and it tasted like I hadnt used any cheese. Almost every review of this stuff is bad, yet they still show 4.5 stars..

DO NOT BUY cheese from Target!!! Every pack I’ve bought in the last 3 months has turned moldy 2 days after opening. All of the expiration dates have been a MONTH or more from the time I opened it. It’s not just shredded cheese. I’ve had 3 packs of the sliced cheese mold right after opening.

I bought two bags of this cheese and added them to a broccoli cheddar soup I was making. One bag melted right away and the other would not melt!! I even left the crockpot on high for 30 mins and still! I had a scalding hot crockpot of soup and this cheese would not fully melt! To this day it still has not melted even when I reheat the soup. Did I accidentally buy fake cheese?

It was not worth saving a dollar. It did not last as long as I expected. If you eat it cold it might be fine. I bought it to put on eggs and to melt in quesadillas. It cooled on both of them appearing as melted plastic. Would pass.
