I’ve been repurchasing this for several years. I love this stuff. Great taste and good protein content. The ingredients are good as well.

Tastes good if you can get the cap off. Please change the design.

I've been drinking Silk vanilla soy milk for many years, and loving it. A few weeks ago, I purchased another half gallon (at Target), with a "Best by" date of October 29th. It's been open for a week or two at most. I had a glass yesterday and thought it wasn't quite right. Today, I determined it had really gone bad. I also noticed that the container seems to be flimsier than I had previously experienced, i.e., when trying to pour it, the container folded inward and was difficult to hold. I'm very saddened by the loss of quality in both the soy milk itself and the packaging. I hate to move to another brand, but it looks like that's the way it's going.

Thanks for the new caps! I no longer need to use a wrench to open it.

Thank you for making the spout on Soymilk Original easy to open. I love the soymilk and think it tastes like melted vanilla ice cream.

This is my go to milk when my daughter asked me can I have some Malek it’s absolutely amazing the prices terrific and it taste really good. The texture isn’t there you know it’s very milk like.

After having surgery for colon cancer, I can no longer drink dairy products. I have tried other non-milk products, but they send me into a fair. I love the flavor and it works with most things that require milk. I'm just happy I have something that tastes good and gives me the satisfaction of milk.

I like Silk Vanilla and Silk Organic but the plastic spouts are so difficult to open the first time that I have to use vice grip pliers. 5 stars for the milk, 0 stars for the container.

Silk Milk is the only soy milk available in my area. It's not a bad product, but I prefer a less thickened up milk, one with a more nature consistency. Therefore the Silk Soy Milk Original gets 4 stars. I have found the cap is very difficult to remove. Pliers are involved to loosen it. I have to shave off those little tabs on the screw portion on the container so I can open the cap easier. I understand the tabs are a locking mechanism to assure cap is on tight, however arthritic fingers can't grip a small cap hard enough to turn it. Even though I have found a work-around so I can open the container, I'm not sure in the long run I will continue buying any Silk products that have thiese locking tabs I have been buying oat, almond, and rice milks in other milk brands that don't have that kind of tab. I think it's time to remove those tabs!

I've been drinking this for a few years and have always loved it but recently purchase two half gallons with expiration dates of about five weeks from now and they were both sour and clumped upon opening on the same day as the purchase.

I miss the silk original creamer from two-ish years ago. It taste different than it used to just a couple years ago.

We regularly get pliers out to open a new container. If the company can't get the packaging right, what about what's inside the container?

Been drinking Silk soy milk for many years, in addition to other soy products before that. At age 84 my vitals are perfect. Of course I also eat other nutritious foods as the Lord leads me.

If I could give it zero stars I would! This was the only milk my daughter could drink due to allergies and she loved it. Don’t know if they changed the recipe or what but it looks yellow and it smells like rotten eggs. We have purchased multiple ones and from different places and had to throw them away . Very disappointing.

i made a really great mac and cheese and it came out SWEET! Why? I know now that this milk is sweetened. ruined so much work

I am sure I would enjoy this beverage if I could open the lid/cap of the carton. It is impossible to open. There are 2 cartons of your beverage in my fridge that I am unable to open either. Please advise how I can open them. Thanks

Tried this. It’s not good for cooking. It’s not good in my cereal. The taste is off. My next milk was discontinued and I don’t understand how silk can make a near perfect product that tastes like cows milk and doesn’t curdle while cooking with it. I’m shattered! Bring Next Milk back!

Others have spoken to this problem before, but it bears repeating: Silk's twist-off caps are impossible to open! What's especially stunning is that Silk obviously knows this, and has known this for years, but refuses to do anything about it. Even at the cost of turning off loyal customers and losing sales (mine, for one). Sad case of tone-deaf management. Goodbye, Silk!

I love the Silk unsweetened soymilk product but opening the carton -unscrewing the plastic cap-(64oz) is ridiculously HARD!
