Great product! I was about to sell my hitting station and then I realized I could replace the ball and the cable came with it and I bought two just to have a spare.

We received this replacement ball, and within one week of usage, it is already falling apart. The cable is fraying, the plastic cap cracked and is exposing the cable beneath is, and the ball is shredding.

Exactly what I was looking for to replace our well used hit-a-way ball that has seen thousands of hits and showing it's age. The original ball/cable was worn out and did not have any return swing after hits. It was too slow returning to the hitting position and was generally worn out. I was initially hesitant because the description on the website does not explain whether the cable is included and not just the ball, I was pleasantly surprised to find a new cable was included! I can now bring this hit-a-way to my son's games for players to easily warmup before their at bat!

Fits the unit as expected. May Grandsons are on target for 10,000 swings each. Wears out. Will most likely need to order more. Thanks.

Not only are their products amazing but their customer support is excellent. I have two active boys and their SKLZ products get a LOT of us and hold up really well.

Our PTS had been used so much the ball needed to be replaced. It was easy to remove the old ball and install the new one and works perfectly. Use the manual or look online for the manual to see how to remove the top loop and you'll be fine.

We bought this heavier duty one, and within 3 weeks of light use by my 12 year old, the ball was destroyed. All the cork had fallen out of the cheap ball. Purchased replacement ball and cable and within 2 days the little metal loop where the cable connects at the bottom snapped.

Exactly what was needed. My son loves the hit away and sadly one of the wires snapped after a few years of hitting. I was able to find the replacement and fix it. Now he is back at it and uses it as part of his training routine.

This was hard to replace. Now the metal bracket at the bottom snapped and the entire thing is worthless. No replacement part for that. What was a helpful training tool is now garbage.

This product is great for beginners but as they age and start hitting the ball harder parts start to break. I have ordered this part 3 times now in three years, due to cable starts to fray and ends up breaking. and have had to well the bracket on the bottom that bolts to the stand twice and now its broken again. I would like to know if this part is available to be ordered. I have pictures of the break and need assistance.

Replacement ball was fine but we can't get the other ball out.

My grandson has gotten good use out of his pts replacement ball and cable. I hope this one last a little longer, I'm glad to see it available again. Thanks 👍
