The SKLZ Left Hand Smart Golf Glove is a dual-purpose training guide to help ensure better wrist and grip position. One of the keys to great ball striking is a firm left wrist at swing impact and a proper golf grip. The Smart Glove, with removable wrist guide, sets your wrist in the correct position through the swing with a proper wrist release. It ingrains an ideal straight wrist position at impact for better ball contact. The removable, rigid insert guides proper hand and wrist position throughout the golf swing to promote on-plane swings and a proper release. It helps eliminate casting, flipping, scooping and other swing faults. Great for chipping. The palm features grip guide. The wrist guide can be removed for on-course play. Made from high quality cabretta leather construction with flex windows for a better fit. Left handed glove is for righty golfers.

Great glove/ truly added 10 yards to my drive!
Happy the product and have purchased two more but not happy with the wear (hole in the glove) after 3 practice rounds on the course. Wore a hole in the glove where the heel of my left hand holds the club. Will I experience that in the future ... or is this just a faulty glove? Can you send me a new one to replace the one with the hole? Happy to send it back to you.

the glove ripped after one use. I think it will help your swing but the quality of the materiial that the glove is made of is terrible. Way OVERPRICED for such poor quality. Buy a regular glove and attach a ruler to it it it will last longer

Fragile; essential for arthritic wrist
Helps to avoid wrist cupping, but ESSENTIAL for my painful arthritic L wrist - I'm righty. I use in tourneys with plastic insert with authorities' permission, for medical purposes. Excellent soft leather but won't last long -- needs much reinforcement at wear areas. Modification required: cut off half of flap closest to fingers that covers the plastic stiffener insert, so the shorter Velcro strap can be fully attached. I use two stiffeners together, but bought epoxy today to try to further stiffen the semi-flexible plastic. It would be better if the stiffeners were longer to extend more over the wrist. Only product that I've found to play pain-free, so I'll live with their short life and high cost. I bought a dozen -- I wear through 3 or 4 a year.

Love the product but wish I could buy glove only
I spent one session with smart glove at range with medium bucket and doesn't look like it will hold up to too many more range sessions.

Fixes the bane of my game
I use these gloves all the time. They help with full swings as well as shots on and around the green I tend to break my wrist and hit high spinners and these gloves give me direct feedback to correct that fault. They do wear in the palm but no worse than any other glove. I do not view the wear patterns as a fault. They do fit tightly.

I have bought many of these gloves over the past 3 golf seasons, they work awesome. Except they rip out in the palm of the hand after a couple of weeks or 2 to 3 rounds. I wish that I could get one that was made out of thicker leather!

Poor quality
I bought it and it ripped in the palm area! Used one day. Great device but will not buy another at $29.00. I would consider purchasing another glove if it was all leather.

Great glove
I have an artificial wrist. This glove has allowed me to golf again. I don't use it just for practice, but all the time to golf. My husband took the guide and cut it to adjust it for me to use it all the time. It holds my wrist straight and I don't have the pain that I was getting when I tried golfing without the guide in the glove.

I've owned 3 of these and the stitching in the palm is the first place they come apart. I keep getting them because they help my game but this may be the last one I'll get.

It Works!
It works! I have tried a lot of training AIDS over the years and this simple and cheap really helps you set and maintain the proper left wrist and hand position. It doesn't take long to maintain the position without the glove on or with the insert removed.
