Say, I have been meaning to reach out to customer service. This is the second time I have purchased these dish towels. So, I think that speaks for itself. I really like them! However, in both purchases, one of the towels’ hanging loops came apart. Not a deal killer, but definitely a little disappointing. You might want to up your quality control?

Great kitchen towel
i bought these a while back but only recently put them out in my kitchen. I love the white against my blue range. The towels are absorbent and soft to the touch. They add a nice high-end high quality touch to my new kitchen. Highly recommend!
