Tasty toast but not sandwich bread.
This bread is more for like toast and items like that. I do not think it makes a good sandwich bread but when you toast it it toast beautifully and that’s what I was looking for. Additionally, I have an egg and allergy need to be surprised how often shows up in bread this does not have it. So if your goal is a sandwich bread, this is not the right bread but if your goal is just really crispy toast with like just a touch of like being butter or butter or whatever you want to make with it like that, this stuff is awesome.

This is hardly tolerable. Better than the bagels for sure but not edible. The protein seems like a great addition but it isn’t worth it. All of the sola bagels taste like soggy bread even after toasting. I’m not into this whatsoever.
