    Solaray B-Complex 100

    I used the B-Complex 100 mg. for many years - just one capsule every morning with breakfast (be sure to eat as you can feel nauseated if taken alone). I always have energy and it helps the mood as well. A year or so ago I tried the B-Complex 50 mg., but finally realized my energy level was not the same. So, back to the 100 mg.!

    This B complex seemed to be good. I gave it 5 stars because it works well for my family. However, if like me you have an allergy to yeast it isn't the best product to use. It is not yeast free

    B Complex 100

    When the doctor suggested that I needed to take an entire list of items like folic acid, vitamin B-6, etc., I checked and found that the B-Complex 100 had the majority of the items already in it. Ordered and showed to the dietician and she was pleasantly surprised that I had covered her list with one capsule. They are great ... I have more energy!

    The Best B Complex On The Market

    This is the only B Complex that we use, because it works so well. We always feel better after taking it and can tell a real difference when we miss a day! Just love it!

    Good Product

    I have used this product for years and compared to less expensive B Complex, these are much more effective, and contain higher quality ingredients in my opinion. Highly recommended.

    Solaray B-Complex

    I really like this B Complex. Always used only the Brewer's yeast flakes for my B Vitamins. I added this B-Complex early this summer and it gives me a real boost of energy for all day. I think I even sleep better at night.
