Delicious and seems effective
I need a chewable and this fits the bill. The strawberry flavor is delicious - so good it's hard to stop with just one each day. It may be coincidental (or not), but I've had more energy since about the time I began taking one of these daily. I've also read that B complex is important for absorption/utilization of omega-3 oils, and that in research into effectiveness of omega-3, they also have the participants take B vitamins.

I really like this multi-vitamin. It isn't just the B's. It is also more than enough C for an RDA. My wife thinks it has a bit of a bitter aftertaste. I do not notice it, but she comments about it regularly.

Large size, but easily chewed
Although these are quite large, they are not bad tasting, although a bit tart. I would like to see them offered in a larger quantity, and with some other flavor options, but this is not bad.

Good tasting Vitamin B
I am not one to like choking down nasty tasting B vitamins. This is a very nice alternative and the chewable doesn't taste like it has B vitamins in it. I know it's more effective to take a tablet or capsule, but I cannot stand the smell or taste. I also give these to my 7 year old son and he eats it fine - he complained a little about the taste, but I just ignored that and he takes it anyway. (Advice: Give your child their supplements after their dinner and have them take them before they get their dessert. Works for us!)

Not my preference
Big tablet, too tart of a taste for me; and its not time-released as other Solaray B vitamins. I have to split it in half to take, and it breaks apart and makes a mess. My secratery likes them okay, so she's getting my bottle. Her sotmach can handle such a high dose of B complex. Time-release seems to work best for me.
