Works great!
My doctor suggested that I start taking a B12 supplement and this fit perfectly for me. I felt the effects very quickly. The size of the tablet is easy to swallow but I will say the taste is not so great. That said I don't buy vitamins for try flavor so that is fine.

Great B-complex vitamin
This a great quality vitamin-b complex supplement. Since taking it I’ve noticed positive impacts to my energy levels and skin and hair health. It has become a part of my daily supplement routine and I plan on using the product indefinitely.

I feel more energetic!
I’ve been taking this B-12 with electrolytes for a couple weeks. I’ve lost about 6 pounds and feel so good and so energetic. My only complaint is the tablets are not coated and if you don’t swallow them quick enough you’ll get a nasty taste in your mouth.

Great B-complex
I have been taking this supplement (nearly) everyday. I definitely notice more energy, less brain fog and have also had some weight loss. It is a small pill that is easy to swallow and does not cause any nausea. I would definitely recommend

Effective b complex vitamin
Ive been taking this vitamin daily for the last two weeks and have actually noticed a difference in energy. I feel in a better mood and more alert when i usually feel sluggish mid afternoon. The pill is pretty flat and without a noticeable after taste. One star off because it does take me a couple tries to swallow with water. Hoping continued use will strengthen my hair and nails too!

B vitamins with Folate
These B vitamins have been a great addition to my routine in the mornings. They have B vitamins and Folate to help my body manage my stress levels. They are small and easy to swallow with no weird aftertaste. I’m very happy with the way these help!

Worth trying
I liked this B-Complex option. It seemed to have a good mix of B vitamins and a little bit more than 100% daily value which bolsters it without overdoing it. The tablets were small flat discs that were easy to take. My only reason for 4 stars over 5 was that there were no 3rd party certifications. There is a lot of wiggle room in the supplement industry and it seems a bit odd that the two certifications on the label was the company's own certification and one for good manufacturing. All in all, worth a try if you are in need of a B complex as our bodies are all different and may have a better absorption rate of one mix over another. No major complaints from me.

Easy to take, energy boosting
This pill is a very nice sized pill packed with natural ingredients to give you an extra boost. After taking these for a week, I’ve noticed an increase in my energy, have had less fatigue and feel better overall.

Seems good
I take b complex everyday so when I got these it seemed like an added plus for the electrolytes in it. They are easy to take, not as big as some vitamins. I haven't had any side effects so seem to be a plus. Will keep taking.

Great supplement
Taking a b complex supplement is so important. I often eat a meatless diet and it’s hard to get proper levels of b vitamins from food on a veg diet. This supplement is great and the tablets are easy to swallow and don’t have a bitter taste

Love good quality supplement brands. B is a nutrient I'm always lacking in and I can tell. Low energy and sluggish overall. This b complex which covers all the ground I need and works well. Easy to take as well. I really felt much better after just taking for a few days. Now will be a part of my regular routine.

Good, natural source of energy
I have been using this product for about two weeks now. What I mostly enjoy is that not only is it all natural, but it layers in the electrolytes to support. I have noticed that I’m not experiencing my mid-day slump and most of my caffeine cravings have gone too.
