Taste Good & Actually Work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have a hard time remembering to take vitamins, but the taste on these made me actually want to keep taking them! They are sweet & fruity and not hard to chew like others I’ve tried. To the point that I plan of buying them after I finish this bottle. I did notice a slight increase in my energy levels and my nails have been growing a little faster than usual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t a huge fan of these, unfortunately! I think that they worked fine as vitamins. I like B vitamins and do think that they improve my mental capabilities. However, the taste and texture on these was just not for me. They have a very weird, jello-y texture that was hard for me to swallow. I just did not enjoy eating them. I love a gummy vitamin, but I couldn’t swallow these. They also get super melty in the jar, even at room temp. Not for me!

Don’t take too much!!

The thing about taking certain vitamins daily is that you could take too much of something, so it’s always good to monitor your levels. For me I have already been taking a multi vitamin, and when I took this B- complex I think my levels were too high because I started to feel nausea after taking them. The taste of them is okay, but they do have a great gummy texture. These gummies would be great to intake a b complex if you have low levels, or your doctor prescribed them.

One gummy daily and youre set with your vitamin B. Took one every day, didnt feel any different, no upset stomach or other issues. Great for people that have trouble swallowing pills.

Even when taking after a meal, some b vitamins make me nauseous but these do not! They taste like a gummy, softer gummy more like a fruit snack texture. No bad after taste. I’ve been taking it for a couple weeks now and understandably it’s difficult to notice any difference or changes to my health yet thus the 4 stars.

Made my nails grow quicker

I got acrylic nails for the first time in a long time and the artist accidentally filed my nails down too much. They had to be removed and my nail beds quite a bit. I was happy to receive these vitamins and I believe they made my nails grow quicker. Much quicker actually. So I do believe they work, and they did a great job for me.

On days I feel extra tired from lack of sleep, I take 1-2 of these, and I have noticed that I do feel less groggy and more focused on those days. I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect, but for me it does seem to help stay focused at work during the mid-end of day stretch. This B-complex gummy is also tasty with a fruity flavor It's not overly sweet like candy gummies, this has a total of 4g of sugar which seems pretty good for people like me who's trying to limit sugar intake.

Love the peach flavor

Love the gummies—they’re so easy to take. Good consistency and great taste (love the peach flavor). I will say the texture and flavor is good. It is not off putting. I might need to use for a longer amount of time to get real benefits, but I haven’t noticed any changes as of yet.
