This product really has been working its magic. Ive noticed, as someone else said “fly aways” You make think it’s hair breakage - but it’s certainly not! My hairdresser also noticed the blooming sprouts of hair. Very happy with this product and will continue to purchase. There was no visible changes accept my nails grew slightly faster, taste was not awful but I got used to it as I’m taking them daily. The Gummy texture is my favorite thing about it.

i wish i listened to the negative reviews and didnt buy these! within 7-10 days of taking them i have broken out worse than ever before. i figured it was part of the "worse before it gets better" ordeal but it never got better. threw the rest of them out, dont waste your money

I feel like these really helped to strengthen my nails and hair! Taste and texture are both great. The only issues is that I started to get hives on my arms and legs halfway through taking them. I finished the bottle and a few days after my hives and itchiness is gone! Really sad because I loved these but probably need a lower dosage of biotin

The flavor is very citrusy and grapefruit. It’s super yummy and dissolves in the mouth fast. I’ve only been taking these for two weeks but I notice my skin looking a bit more glowy and my nails are already growing faster.

I used these when I got a sample of them one time, and they made me feel good, but nothing too noticeable. Maybe I did not use them long enough, but there was nothing special about them to me, but I also didn’t see any negative side effects either.
