Will not take this is megadosing
Took one tablet noticed my urine was bright yellow, then turned neon yellow. Begin taking every other day no improvement in urine started taking half a tablet daily than half a tablet every other day. I looked it up and saw that excess water so you both vitamins would be excreted in urine and could make your urine neon yellow which it did. Why not reduce the dose to one which does not exceed the recommended daily allowance dose so that you don’t have excess being excreted. I’m not a fan of megadosing. Will not take.

Gave me insomnia. The Biotin is seriously overdosed and can skew blood tests. Returned it.

Big plastic bottle for 60 small pills.
Product is fine however, why such a huge plastic bottle for 60 pills that barely fill 1/4th of the bottle? This is a huge waste of plastic.

Landfill waste
As for the Super B vitamins I think they are great. The problem is with packaging. I like to put as many tablets as possible on one bottle because of my limited space . I was surprised when j pored two if the bottles in the one bottle with at lease half of the bottle space left. What a waste of landfill

Indeed the packaging is ridiculously oversized
So when I saw the reviews about the wasteful packaging I was thinking wow people will really get upset about anything, the company cant produce 20 different size containers so some things will hve more space. But I now agree with everyone!! You do have smaller bottles than this , I purchased other products in them. This product doesnt even take up 10% of the bottle volume. They would have way too much space even in your tiny container you use for some vit D. This is unnecessary and also looks kinda dumb when you open it and there is little something waaay at the bottom of the fresjly opened container.

Less packaging please
I am taking this daily and would like to get a year's supply in ONE bottle...it should fit in the bottle you currently offer. It *is* a plus that I get several different vitamins combined in this formulation, so at least there's less waste in that respect. However, there would be even less packing cost to you and the environment, if you offered a yearly supply in one bottle. Thx! :o)

I am so disappointed - Why do you use rapeseed lecithin. My body does't like it so I can't use the Super B softgels and I really wish I could The dark side of rapeseed lecithin - Smart Holistics While this all sounds great, mention is rarely made of the toxic side Eruric acid. Not only does it irritate mucous membranes, but damages the myelin sheath around nerves and interferes with the use of Vitamin E by the body.
