Medicine in a book!

My daughter was waking up 8 times a night, and my husband and I were at our wits end (really far beyond it, actually). I was dead set on CIO and that's what I thought this book was, lo and behold...not so much! This was our saving grace and hopefully it can be yours as well. Unlike many other "sleep" book, Dr. Ferber is comforting to the parent, not condescending. He also doens't place blame on parents or baby, he just states matter of factly that every "normal" baby is capable of sleeping, and he would like you to be able to achieve it!
