Instructions were confusing. In step 2 it says to remove the plastic sticker, but also it says “remove sticker once glass is placed.” I obeyed the “remove once placed” instruction so I placed it on the wrong side because otherwise I wouldn’t be able to “remove” the sticker after it was placed. So I placed it, peeled the sticker off, then started rubbing, and noticed it was sticky, and realized what I’d done, but by then the sticky side had all these smudges and dust on it. Why would they include “remove sticker once glass is installed”? Doesn’t make sense, caused me to waste $20

Edges of screen protector started to splinter within a day of application

The actual screen cracked...protector did not. I'm not even joking, I'm typing this review on a Samsung (which won't let me add the photo of my iPhone) because my IPhone screen is broken. Protector? Tiniest of damage. I couldn't even be mad my phone screen was broken, I was the one who threw it.

Fits perfectly. Took about a day for air pockets to go away.

Micro cracked upon installation. No card included to smooth air bubbles. There are many.

The screen protector I received was not 6" long- it was only 5"long and only 2.25" wide. Unfortunately, I threw away the packaging, so cannot return it.

I love the phone guide device it comes with for placing the screen protector perfectly onto the phone made everything a breeze super easy just follow the instructions looks great!

Beware, you have only 15 days from when the item is shipped to return. Basically, you can't return it.

Crumbled near the home button without dropping or anything.

Cracked the first time I dropped my phone 2 months after purchase.

All of the reviews about how the installation guide is upside down - still an issue. And while fixing it, got dust on the back of the screen so the edges aren’t adhering correctly. Not worth 2x the price for the brand name.

I bought this one after my Zagg invisishields kept breaking after about a week of use. They have a good return policy and I kept replacing it, but it was a hassle. I wanted something more sturdy. I always have one of these types of screen protectors on my phone and it wasn't until the SE version of the Zagg item that I started having issues. I am no stranger to putting these on my phone. I followed the instructions on this one completely. Like some others, it was installed upside down. The stickers were placed in the wrong spot on the item. I had to take the screen off and place it again. Now it is lifted all along the edges, as you're not supposed to remove it and reapply it. Seems silly that they'd have this unique method for doing it but their own stickers are wrong. Unlike Zagg, Target is making me return the item to replace, meaning my phone would be 100% unprotected while I wait for a replacement. I'll stick with this one for now, though annoying, and see if it lasts despite the edge lifting.

The fool proof instructions had the template for attaching the glass to the phone upside down. After that was corrected the glass attached nicely to the phone. The glass is easy to keep clean and has a nice feel to it.

I have had this screen protector for a week. My phone screen just broke with the protector correctly installed.

I've used several protective devices for my iPhone, this was the easiest to install and looks great!

I didn't get mine on straight enough and screwed up the corner. Did perfect with the wife's phone.

Exactly what I was looking for, does a great job protecting my phone screen, super easy to install.

I followed all the instructions and made sure my phone was spotless and placed snuggly in the "goof proof" applicator‚ yet it went on much more crooked than any phone cover I've applied by hand. I took the plastic off the sticky part and applied it right away but somehow the sticky part ADDED dirt to my screen. Not just one little piece but a dusting and one piece was huge and lifting right at the center of my screen. I had to take it off right away and now I have no screen cover while I wait for one from a different brand. I've been a fan of speck's for a long time and was really disappointed by how terribly this product worked.

The ShieldView screen protector enabled me to get credit on my old iPhone that I turned in. The actual face of the phone did not have a scratch on it! I will always have ShieldView on my phones from here on out!
