Sturdy. Some parts of instructions great, others confusing. Well packaged. However, length of bench is too short. Head and neck hang over/no support, even for someone 5'3" . Disappointed, it was something intended to use every day.

This unit is very compact and great for tight spaces. Gives a great core workout. Easy to assemble, ( was able to do it myself in 45 minutes and I'm not mechanically inclined), and able to use immediately. Very sturdy construction. Few parts were missing , but easy to order them on-line and get them in a couple of days.

I have back issues and needed something to help me. So looking forward this. But the package was missing essential parts - namely the seat braces. I had to return the heavy piece of equipment. What a pain - especially for my back.

I purchased my Stamina Ab/Hyper Bench about 4 weeks ago and I must say I'm very pleased with this products and the quick results I can already notice. The setup was a little tricky but not hard at all two people is needed for setup but I was able to install it with the simple directions and some support from my 9 yr old son, I would defiantly recommend this product to others and its a great price !!!!

I have been using this unit at our gym for over a year, then bought my own. Only three exercises, one of which does the same thing as a Roman Chair, which is crucial for the lower back; it is called Hyper Extension. If you cannot do this for your lower back, those discs will get worst than they are. If you cannot do this at least twice a week, skip it.

Didn't come with all the pieces but overall still a good product, they shipped us what was missing. I use it regularly and it does what it says at least for me, though I'm 5'6 and about 140 pounds

I've used my bench for a while now and it works great for me when it comes to doing crunches and back extension exercises. Very convenient and a quality piece of equipment. I've been using it almost every day for around five years and it's still in great shape.

I only wish there was a YouTube video on how to make the most out of the bench. I've come up with about 6 exercises/stretches but am probably only scratching the surface.

Due to portability, bought for use while we are traveliing. However, we liked it so much we have it beside our regular roman chair. Would have gone 5 stars except I'm not real comfortable with the ankle or lower leg restraining device.
