Description

Offering unparalleled flame realism and brightness, the Real Flame® VividFlame™ electric firebox mimics the look of a real, flickering fire, but does not require a chimney or vents and conveniently plugs into a standard outlet. Features six flame colors, five flame brightness levels, adjustable thermostat, timer function and automatic safety shut-off. The electric fireplace insert provides supplemental heat for rooms up to 1,000 sq ft or the heater can be turned off so you can enjoy the comforting ambiance of a glowing fireplace year-round. Firebox with log set, hardware and remote control are included.

    Beautiful insert-Terrible Delivery

    I needed this insert as a replacement and it fits almost perfectly. It's much nicer and prettier than my previous one. The colors and glow are so beautiful and vibrant. I also love the ambient lighting and the auto shut off feature- which is a major plus considering my previous one nearly started a fire. Now delivery was a complete disappointment. It was fulfilled via FedEx and it was not received in an exemplary fashion or to the expectations of a Target customer. Containing fragile components including glass; the FedEx courier dropped it (literally) FLAT at the porch with two other items on top, and not upright as the manufacturer displays on the exterior of the manufacture's box. There was also a horizontal dent and tear in the box- specifically were the glass of the insert is located from behind. Glad there was no exterior damage but now I'm afraid of the possibility of internal damage..
