The thing blew out out a couple months after I bought it . Window keeps displaying E3 only the fire display works . Heater won’t turn on at all . Now stuck with it and can even return it .

This was purchased to fit inside a separately purchased fireplace frame and fits well. The measurements were accurate, the flame effect is fun and the heat function works a decent sized room.

I bought this to replace a fireplace in my basement TV stand. It still worked but the dog ate the remote and I couldn't find a replacement for it. Other thing I didn't like was my original one was on or off, no thermostat or timer. This new one has both, and the flame is brighter, plus the heater is nearly silent! Out of several fireplaces I've had, by FAR the quietest one. I would not hesitate to buy another of these units. The only issue, if you have any Yamaha AV equipment, the remotes use the same frequency, so you will have to tape over the remote sensor on the fireplace or something

I'm so glad I picked this up. We ran it all throughout fall and winter and it's very cozy. I was concerned that the flame effect would look fake, but I'm actually quite impressed by it. It definitely makes me feel comfortable and glad to be home. The heating function is nice to get a little toasty after being outside too and it will indeed warm up a modest sized room after an hour or so. But I will say the heat isn't as intense as a real wood burner, so make sure your expectations are reasonable. If that all sounds good to you then I'd grab this model up right away!

I purchased as a replacement for my 10+ year old one. It works great, the ability to set for a specific temperature is awesome so that I don't have to constantly keep turning it off and on.

The heater stopped working after four months. However, your warranty is 90 days and now I'm stuck with a broken fireplace. Is this why you only give a 90 day warranty on your items because you know it's a piece of junk? That's insane and wasting my money.

I bought this fireplace since the entertainment TV stand I bought didn't come with one as I thought. It fit perfectly in the space. It reaches up to a temperature of 82°. It keeps my living room nice and toasty on the winter storm nights. Heat is an option. You can have the look of a fire without the heat if you prefer. I love the aesthetics it adds to my living room.

I just got this heater installed just in time for a Thanksgiving family dinner. The heater heats up instantly and pushes the heat wave out about 2-3 feet from the heating spout. From a distance, the fireplace effect looks like a real fire is burning inside and the wood logs are glowing. I've gotten tons of compliments with it.

I was looking for a replacement insert and this was perfect. The unit slid right in and because it's so thin, there's plenty of room in the back for air to circulate. I am surprised at how quiet it is.
