Leaks after a few months of use
Initially as soon as you let go of the valve handle no more liquid would come out. Not even a drop. After a few months it eirther drips for a few seconds or streams a bit after letting go. You have to force it up to make it stop. The valve has been dissasembled and cleaned but the issue persists. It does keep water cold for days indoors but for something so expensive, it should not leak.

Wanted to Love It, But the Nozzle Is Defective
I purchased this jug in the Rose Quartz color and have only used it indoors. Unfortunately, the nozzle leaks and gets stuck, which makes dispensing water frustrating and inconvenient. You have to hold your cup with one hand and manually pull the nozzle back up with the other, otherwise the water keeps flowing and creates a mess. I really wanted to love this jug, but it has turned out to be more of a liability than an asset. I also have to keep a cup underneath the nozzle because it randomly leaks. The product failed at the one job it had. Impressive, really.
