faulty pump
I purchased your manual pump but have found from the start that the push button catches on something and will not depress. It works fine if/when I can get it to :unlock" but it feels like it will break and I'm wondering if it might also be introducing bits of broken plastic into the dispensed water. Edit: Don't buy the manual pump unless you're willing to gamble on getting a good one. Primo doesn't respond to emails.

Suction Tube falls apart!
The bottom spout keeps falling apart so we are unable to pump out the water. First time it happened the water jug was full so we were able to use tongs to retrieve it. 2nd time jug was half way full, no way to get it out then.

One star if 1) Your store of purchase doesn't have a primo bottle in stock for which to attach the pump. And you never seem to find any bottles at the display section. Too small to attach to similar 5g jugs. 2) Your suction tubes do not want to remain connected and end up floating inside the 5g jug and 3) The push button locks up more than once every three pumps sounding like it'll break.

Easy and quickly installs. Easy to operate.
Kids are able to dispense their own water. Comes with multiple length tubes for different size bottles. Happy with the purchase.

Awesome Pump.
I was reading everybody’s review and was hesitant on purchasing this pump, but I did after reading Sincere views. I installed it as per the directions and made sure the collar was secure and tight. I also made sure the tubing was secure and began pumping my water. It works very well as I keep An extra bottle in my bedroom when I get there at night I have the water right there instead of downstairs.

Thank you for reaching out. The serial number is located on the back sticker of the dispenser, usually beginning with 4 digits that indicate a month and year such at 0724.

The collar poorly designed. It easily becomes cross, threaded and completely detaches from the rest of the dispenser. The entire dispenser moves when you tighten and loosen the collar, Requiring two hands, one to hold the handle steady and the other to turn the collar . The old version of the manual dispenser was perfect . Although the collar didn’t have a cut out to indicate open and close as this new one does the old one worked correctly, effectively and easily.

Hand pump works great!
We’ve been using a stand-up water cooler for a couple years. It is so slow, 70 seconds to fill a half gallon pitcher. With the pump, push it 10-15 times and the pitcher is full.

No more fancy dispensers for me.
Since my bottom loader water cooler don't work anymore I was desperate. When I saw this it was a answer to my prayers. Bought three of the pumps. Thank goodness.They work great!! Yeah won't buy another dispenser again.

Wow what a great water.
The bottle top pump worked perfectly, effortlessly the first time. Handy for older folks like myself on limited budget. Portable for camping or traveling. Don't drink any water but Primo!

My kids love the manual dispenser and primo Water
I bought it less than a month ago. I am so happy with it. It was super easy to put together with the help of my 9 year old who was so into it. It makes life easier since we decided to help the environment by not buying plastic water bottles. I have bought so far three 5 gallon jug of primo water. I am satisfied. I pay for the first one full price and half for the refill jug.

Easy to use
We've been using this for about a month and it is perfect. The pump works well and fills glasses, pots and pans quickly. It was very affordable. Since we have a well, if we lose power we are without water. This is very compact and easy to store and assemble.

Trying for now until I rent a new dispenser
My water dispenser just took a crap on me, leaking water everywhere So for now I seen this and I'm gonna try it Im uncertain on how it's going to work so Im giving it 2 stars and will update it it works out. I'm definitely going to be getting another water dispenser I have my eyes n the Self cleaning bottom water dispenser :-) my kiddos are bummed we can't have our water yet.
