A: We do not recommend using 5-gallon glass bottles with this dispenser. Use a 2.5-gallon glass bottle instead, or switch to a 5-gallon bottle from one of our purified or regional spring water brands.

A: Our water dispensers are designed for safe indoor use and most of our models are UL certified and Energy Star certified to help ensure trusted performance and efficient operation. UL certification means the dispenser has been tested to meet recognized electrical & fire safety standards, while Energy Star certification helps reduce energy use without sacrificing reliability. For safe operation, cleaning, and maintenance, always follow the warnings, precautions and instructions outlined in the user manual.

A: This water dispenser is designed to be compatible with most standard 3 or 5 gallon water bottles. However, there are some water bottle brands that are not compatible with our water dispensers and can cause issues like leaking. Our recommendation would be to use any of our Primo Brand’s bottles to avoid incompatibilities.
