good luck getting help with damaged items!
this shipped to my house in 4 HUGE boxes (so big my 8 year old can fit in one comfortably). the totes were pre-assembled, so took up much more space than they needed to, and wasted a ton of packaging. 2 of the lids on the totes arrived broken. I reached out to spreetail to see if they could send new lids, they directed me to target customer service. target customer service would only help by offering to have me return the 4 giant boxes to the store for a refund/replacement. these boxes are so big I wouldn't be able to fit them in my car. they would not consider allowing me to just replace the 2 totes that came with broken lids. overall, customer service and common sense between target and spreetail is lacking here and I wouldn't trust them to do the right thing if I were you, unless you can fit 4 giant boxes full of 16 totes in your car when you only need to replace 2 of them. shop elsewhere if customer service is something you value.

I prefer Sterilite over Brightroom any day. They stack/nest better and are generally sturdier. Unfortunately, Target now only carries Brightroom (their brand) in stores. I had to buy these to be shipped to my house. One of the lids arrived very broken ... and now it's almost impossible to get a replacement easily. This likely means going to Target, them telling me I can't return in stores, going home, printing a return label, reboxing all 4 products, returning them for refund to UPS, and then rebuying them online and hoping for the best??? I have no idea why Sterilite is still selling through Target; this reflects so poorly on their company too.

Sterilite Bins
Arrived all cracked. Had to return. Reordered and the same thing happened. This time less were damaged, but after talking with customer service, you have to return the whole set. They won’t refund those that are damaged. So now out of bins. Wish they were sold back in the stores. Very frustrating process to return.
