Q: I both this double bin drawer with high hopes, but they don't slide well at all. Am I doing something wrong? Seems pretty straight forward. I tried several ways. The get stuck and don't slide, thanks!

A: No the sliding sucks but I just deal with it cuz their great storage maybe some wd40 idk
submitted byRatchel - 11 months agoA: These do not slide very well at all by default. I applied a very tiny bit of silicon lubricant along the rails, and they are nearly completely effortless after that.

A: they don't lock together, but they do fit into each other. MIght want to stop by a store and set one on top of the other and see how they go

A: Faith, that's what "stackable" means. I'm going to try two rows of these, and put a board over them and a coffee maker on top. No idea if that will be successful.

Great! Using individually without outer box.
The inner bins are sturdy (unlike the outer bin) and they can be used outside of the outer bin which is actually what I wanted. So I have no complaints because I am not using the outer bin with them, so no issues like other people have noted. I would suggest doing that instead if using on shelves. I love how easy it is to organize with these. Highly recommend. I even found a use for the other box in the pantry, so these are a win win for me!!

drawers stick, outer box not sturdy
the design doesn't allow the drawers to slide easily. would be better if there was an actual divider in between the drawers to support the outer box structure. the frame bends/sags so it doesn't sit square, which causes the drawers to get jammed. This is before I stack anything on top of it, but just how it sits on my shelf. Perhaps a different type of plastic would've made this easier as well possibly, but the outer shell isnt very sturdy and I kinda worry if these are designed to be stackable why they aren't more durable. they look like they would get worse with additional weight from stacking. bought two of these and need more but will find another solution.

I bought these plastic containers hoping to make organizing easier, but they’re more frustrating than helpful. They are very stiff and often get jammed, so you have to use both hands (and sometimes extra force) just to open them. This makes it really inconvenient if you’re in a hurry or trying to multitask. Once closed, they do keep things nice and organized, but the constant struggle to open them takes away from the convenience they’re supposed to provide. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for quick, easy-access storage.

Yes, but only if you ask for a replacement through the app in case it comes out pretty bad. ••••••••••••••• So I have a feeling that when these are made, they’re amazing. I think when they get packaged up and stacked/put in storage, this is when the quality drops quite a bit. Something about how they’re stored is causing a defect (bowing that makes it difficult to open the drawers. Or at the very least, you can obviously see the bowing. I bought one and it was so difficult to open/close. I asked for a replacement and they let me keep the messed up one. The new one came and it was bowed but it was MUCH smoother. So at no point does this come close to 5 stars lol but I can give it around a 3.75 (I struggle going to a 4 on an individual item.) (2 for 1) I can give it 4 stars and would definitely buy two as is. Individually, no. I probably would’ve given it a 3 and prob would’ve returned. Too expensive for what you get (quality). I really like them a lot so it’s truly a bummer. Hope that helps someone

Okay so I saw a lot of people complaining about receiving items damaged during shipping, and sure, target could do a better job at packaging these, however, I bought 2 and neither arrived damaged so it also depends on your delivery people. Anyway, these are huge. I bought them for toy storage and they hold so much. The only reason I give four stars is because the drawers aren't smooth once you have things in them.

I love the design of these drawers and that they are stackable. However there seems to be an issue with the inside of the container and the drawers are very very hard to pull out and require two hands to remove and replace. I would rate this 5 stars without this issue.

Buy in store to test first!
Unfortunately this item is unusable due to a defect/damage to the outer frame that holds the drawers. The drawer inserts are fine, nice quality acrylic, but the frame bows in the middle and the rear sides which makes the drawers impossible to remove. You end up dragging the whole thing with you and they will NOT go back in. I’ll still use the drawers on their own but I’m bummed - this could have been so useful! I would recommend buying in store so you can test the drawers first.
