Q: Does this container fit CDs?

A: The actual answer to your query is no cds on their own are about 4.5 inches across if you take them out of their covers and put them in clear sleeves they measure just over 5"across and 5.5" long!

A: "PETG itself doesn't contain harmful chemicals and is FDA-compliant for food contact." It is also BPA free. "PETG can be used in a wide range of temperatures, including below -40°C." So, yeah.

This bin would have been great had it been the size it says it is. It's actually 6 and 1/8 inches wide. That may not seem like a big deal, but when the width of your cabinet is exactly 6 inches, that 1/8 inch makes a big difference. The quality of the bin is good so if your space is large and the size isn't important I would recommend it.
