A: Hello, thank you for your question! There are a few ways to bake our Stonefire Artisan Flatbreads. 1) Baking Sheet: Soft Crust 8-9 minutes (11-12 minutes from frozen) at 425F 2) Direct on Rack: Crisp Crust 6-7 minutes (8-9 minutes from frozen) 3) Pizza Stone Oven: Crisp Crust 5-6 minutes (7-8 minutes from frozen).

The only reason I'm giving you a 1 star is because you shrunk your Flatbread about 2 inches ! That is some SHADY BS!! I know for a fact that it is smaller because I buy it a few times a month and I know how it fits on the round tray that I use. It ALWAYS hung off a little on each side but now it doesn't even come to the edge ! Of course the price has gone up too. I guess I will stop buying this! A very unhappy customer

We make flatbread pizzas once a week using these Stonefire flatbread crusts. They are SO GOOD! So much better than the cheaper flatbread crusts. Highly recommend. We cook for 10 minutes on a stone at 450 with the final two minutes being with the broiler on at 500.
