Q: The card located inside the product states to contact Storage Bud by email, and I never received a response to my concerns about the zipper being difficult to pull around the corners of the rectangular storage units

No Response From Storage Bud
These storage containers are only beneficial for home storage and not for transport or moving, despite being advertised as having a hard shell. Two of the rectangular storage containers for cups and glasses have zippers that are difficult to close, especially around the corners and I would be concerned that it would rip the fabric eventually. I contacted target customer service which advanced to administration for a resolution, and they did not offer any resolution other than return. The entire set for a refund and I no longer have the packaging but they insisted that simply putting the items in a bag with suffice. My main concern is that a card inside the package highlighted that I would receive a response from storage bud within 24 hours regarding any quality control issues and despite emailing the company twice I never received a response. It appears the distributor is different than the manufacturer Storage Bud. There was no phone number. Only an email on the card for Customer Service contact. For the reasons decided above, I would not recommend this product.
