So Yummy by Bella Air Fryer Cheesecake

About the collection
Category
Dinner • Dessert • Cakes

Difficulty
Medium

Prep Time
10 minutes

Cook Time
1 hour

Total Time
1 hour 10 minutes

Yield
1 - 6”x3” Cheesecake

Ingredients
for the crust
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter

for the filling
9.5 oz cream cheese, softened
⅓ C heavy cream
¼ C milk
½ C white sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla extract

For the topping
2 C strawberries
½ C strawberry jam

Instructions
1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the butter until fully incorporated. Press into the bottom of a greased 6” cake pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate.
2. In a bowl combine all cheesecake ingredients. Make sure there are no lumps left from the cream cheese by using an immersion blender!
3. Pour over the graham cracker crust until it fills ¾ of the cake pan. Cover the cake pan with lightly greased foil, make sure the foil folds tightly over the sides of the pan so that it doesn’t move.
4. Place inside the Bella Air Fryer basket and cook for 40-50 minutes. The center should be wobbly, but the edges slightly firm. Let rest inside the air fryer for about 20 minutes before transferring to the refrigerator.
5. Cool for at least three hours, ideally overnight.
6. Decorate with strawberry slices and strawberry jam. You can heat the jam for 30 seconds in the microwave so it pours easily.
7. Unmold cake and cut into slices. Top with strawberry sauce and serve!

I ordered this for drive up. A large strawberry on the top was brown and moldy. A couple other strawberries were also covered in mold. I wish the shoppers would just do a quick check of the container.

It’s one thing to sell t Strawberries at $5 dollars a pack. And another for them to be that price and be completely frozen, by the time I got home 5 minutes they started leaking and getting soggy.

If I could give no stars I would my item had all but 5 strawberries not spoiled. I’ve learned my lesson to not trust them to pick quality produce products when doing drive up.

I ordered these as a drive up item and I’m always nervous about doing that with fruit because I can’t check the freshness myself. Thank goodness they were ripe but not overly and absolutely delicious.

$4.99 for ONE pack of non organic strawberries??? These were 3.19 just in November two months ago. And 2.99 in August 6 months ago. This is outrageous and especially for sub par strawberries. I often do drive up orders for fruit and things like that but I cannot stomach paying $5 for this. Not sure what’s going on.

Disappointed again I bought these and again they were moldy, fuzzy, and rotten. I took time to pick a carton where they looked good, however, all the ones in the middle were spoiled when I got home. The cartons are overfilled and squish the middles ones. This picture is the same day of purchase.
