Training employees to stop giving out rotten fruit

Workers need to be trained to stop picking out bad fruit for pickup orders. Simply look at the bottom of the strawberry package. If it is soggy, moldy or wet, common sense should tell you to not give that to a paying customer. My picture attached shows an almost empty package of strawberries I just purchased. 75% of my strawberries had to be thrown away because they were moldy and very soggy.
