Awful order pick-up experience

I normally rely on Target for grocery pick up but lately things have been missing and this most recent experience was the worst. My order was kept in the freezer overnight and the 2 containers of strawberries were frozen. Once thawed in my refrigerator they were complete mush. Total waste and leaked red all over my refrigerator. The 2 containers of cold Bizzy coffee had been frozen and the seals broke in expanding in targets freezer overnight. In the way home they thawed and leaked all over the backseat of my car. Lastly, the white claw case was cancelled due to "technical issues" per the app and I've not been refunded the value. Just all around disappointing experience causing me to clean out my car of coffee, my refrigerator of strawberry juice and then go shopping again. Waste of my Saturday and I'm a single busy mom already. Target, you really let me down. I don't have the time or memory to inventory past orders to see if I've been overcharged but my trust has been compromised by this experience.

I love target, the buying power and stocking choices is top notch! But fix your produce situation! All the produce, everytime is Terrible. My strawberries all had brown stems/leaves…and the strawberries themselves were half brown and, ugh. Super disappointing, as usuals just the produce at target is always a miss…eveything else at target is great. Fix your produce situation, target! You’ll have all my grocery business if you just fix your produce lol. Thanks.
