Bruised/spoiled

I ordered qty of 2 for curbside pick-up. Bruised and mushy, both pkgs. requested a refund only credited for qty 1. In store shoppers need to take better care when selected fresh food items. It’s difficult to go into the store with small children otherwise I would have gone in myself. Online return process is very limited.

I agree with all reviews stating it appears Target gives their drive up customers the rotten and damaged products. I received damaged and dented cans, taped up boxes and rotten cantaloupe and strawberries; all over the last year. I have used their drive up since COVID and have been pleased until recently.

Disgusting

Absolutely appalled by the strawberries I was given. I wish I could do zero stars because these are not even worth one star. The whole container was moldy and rotten. I don’t know who decided this was acceptable when picking my order. I use order pickup due to several health issues and lately it’s been atrocious. Smashed items and management doesn’t seem to care. I called about the strawberries and spoke with Calyssa who pretended to be a manager until I asked again if she was a manager and this time she admitted to be the lead for the evening. She wanted me to drive back across town to fix the issue which I felt was unreasonable. I told her I was busy and not sure when I would be able to come in due to my health. She honestly didn’t seem to care whatsoever about the situation and came across quite rude. My blackberries were moldy as well so I guess I just have to avoid produce from here for a while
