sometimes amazing sometimes awful
Two weeks ago I ordered strawberries from target, and they were the best strawberries I've ever had in my life. Today from Target I received probably what are the worst strawberries of my life. Interestingly both are within Strawberry season so my real question is: whatever manipulation targets trying to implement to get us to pay more for strawberries I wish they would just lay it out there already im sick of the inconsistency.

Freshness?! Definitely not. I ordered stawberries on a pick up order. I saw the mold the minute I picked them out of the bag. I'm not sure how the shopper didn't see the mold that was clear as day at the front of the package . So disappointing. Who's doing your shopping Target? Not sure how these strawberries were on the shelf and not sure how they got picked for my order

Hit or miss
Target produce, not including salads, lettuce and bananas, have been hit or miss with more misses. When the berries are fresh they are fantastic but I’ve often found rotting or mushy ones on the bottom of the pack. I haven’t found that at the grocery store by my local Target.

This is the first time I’ve ever bought produce through a pick up. The strawberries were ripe, no mold, which I was worried. The taste is OK a little tart given time and they should ripen up.
