Helpful and supportive!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An interesting product, I specifically have bad wrists from almost 2 decades of rheumatoid arthritis, including one carpal row arthroscopic surgery! I’ve got problematic wrists to say the least, and usually the first place I feel a flare coming is inflammation in my wrists. These were sort of nice, on a bad day it’s nice to cool wrists off and cuffs like these are more comfortable than a too cold and too big/heavy ice pack. I think what also nice is that they way they fit, they provide some compression/pressure and support when my wrist is already weak. I am happy I tried them and I recommend!

30s hit your wrist different
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product but I think I might need to downsize. As a massage therapist and a food worker who uses their hands a lot this product came in handy. After doing repetitive moves everyday of the week my wrist gets super achy and lock up. So this product being hot or cold helps relieve the pain. The heat holds for a good while. In the area it covers around my wrist feels great plus it's almost like a stress ball how squishy it is.

Great Arthritic Relief
Great therapeutic relief for arthritic pain. The pressure is just right. The product stays cold for a fair amount of time. Longer cold therapy would be my only suggestion. The drain is functional and the weight is just the right amount. I would recommend this product for arthritic relief.

Great for wrist pain
I have very small wrists, but this product fits extremely well and doesn't move once applied. It holds cold and heat for a decent time. It's easy to use, and with the size of both of them, it stores without taking very much space.

Versatile
The Strive Hot and Cold Sleeve is a great product! I love how it is versatile and can be used either frozen or warmed up. It fits comfortably on my wrists and helps relieves aches and pains. The packaging is basic, but sufficient. It is easy to use and compact to store easily.

It’s great for therapy
It works well. First time using them. Reusable hot/cold gel pack designed for pain relief, swelling control, and injury recovery. It can be heated or cooled, then placed inside a sleeve or directly used on the body.

Good product for wrists and ankles
This is a cool and useful product. It’s soft to the touch and feels comfortable to wear around my wrist. It looks like a very cushioned wristband with stretchy fabric to get it over your writ or ankle. I like that it can be used for hot or cold purposes and can move with me.

I really recommend the Strive Hot and Cold Sleeve. It came with a good material, great design and fits perfectly with my needs! It is not very adjustable, but it works well.
