[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried this pepper and to my surprise I like it. I thought it ll be like bell peppers but its different, not too sweet which I like it. The pacakging is colorful and vibrant. The price is reasonable for quite a big size of bag. It stayed fresh for more than a week and even after that, it gets little bit wrinkle and dry but still stays fresh. I used it for omlette, sauted vegetable, and guacamole too. Definitely buy it again!

Dicing them up without having to worry about the seeds was a game changer! You can easily use a food processor or a vegetable dicer to have them ready in seconds! Chopped up three peppers and had extra roasted peppers as a topper for homemade hummus. The mini pepper still had a decent size to it, and each with a ton of flavor.
