I ate them with chicken salad but they’d be great on their own or with other dips. The size is great for an after school snack or to add to a lunchbox. I like that they have no seeds, so I don't have to clean them or worry about anything inside. They taste fresh, sweet and a little crunchy. I used them in my stir fry dish , they cook quickly and add a nice sweet flavor and bright color to the dish. They are healthy and tasty.

If feft out for too long easily becomes soft and wrinkled. Very crispy distinctly crunchy. It will soften slightly if left for a while but it’s still edible. Fully ripe red, orange, yellow. Clearly sweet not spicy. Less bitter than large bell peppers. Almost seedless. This is what makes lollipoppers special. Eat directly without removing the core.

I boiled them and but some seasoning with it when it was ready to blend. I dipped my tortillas with the peppers and topped it off with all my ingredients put together. The size of this product is good I used all of them for me and my family to have dinner. The texture is good . I would say it all depends on how you use it to cook with.
