    Constipation relief - pregnancy!

    I’ve been taking zofran for nausea and caused a major backup. Tried to relieve with fiber and water and fruits — That did not work. My doctor then recommended MiraLAX and colace and nothing happened after 3 days. I refused to take a suppository so this was my last resort. I had 3/4 cup of prune juice with an apple olipop for taste and fiber and went in minutes. Initial cramping but totally worth it. Purchased a squatty potty to help future movements too. Was using my trashcan in the meantime. I think I’ll be having prune juice daily to prevent backups. Mother Nature, baby!
