Had to stop using it, After taking one capsule daily for four days. Developed severe gastric discomfort. Cleared up in two days. Normal now. First bad product I've ever gotten from Swanson. Everything else Iv'e used have been just fine. Sorry james scheer

This is a the best reduced form of active B-complex out there. Meaning it is the most body ready laboratory produced potent form of B-complex that I have found and experienced. All of the individual and active ingredients are measured and stated on label. Love that. Don't like the excipient Magnesium Sterate as in 'other ingredients', as it is a suspected carcinogen.

This is excellent for folks with problems with the 5-MTHF enzyme deficiency. It works great for my fiancee along with other diet and supplementation suitable for those with 5-MTHF issues.
