Warning: this formulation has way too much B6. I wish that Swanson would make an activated B complex with the 1.3mg DV for B6. This formulation gave me paresthesia after 3 weeks of use. I was well on my way to perpetual neuropathy if I had not stopped use. Please lower the B6 in your formulations. The other activated forms are great.

I've used this for a long time...not sure I feel any better on this higher potency formula, but I like it and haven't had any negative issues to report.

Had to stop using it, After taking one capsule daily for four days. Developed severe gastric discomfort. Cleared up in two days. Normal now. First bad product I've ever gotten from Swanson. Everything else Iv'e used have been just fine. Sorry james scheer
