Swanson Same - High Potency 400 mg 30 Tablets

I have been using this for a week now and the effect is amazing. I have been using antidepressants off and on since my teenage years. While they help me eventually, while I use them they nullify my emotions. Its a relief at first, but when it comes time to wean myself off of them I have difficulty. This has helped with my transition off my antidepressant to an extreme degree. After I take my last antidepressant dose my emotions are very intense and chaotic for awhile. I bought this out of desperation and couldn't be happier. The first day I took this, it gave me a headache all day. Not quite a migraine, but close. The next day I felt much more even tempered. The day after that I was able to mediate a conflict between my teenage daughters without raising my voice. I was clear-thinking, logical and patient. Also, my anxiety has reduced significantly. At no point taking these pills did I get a "high" feeling like I do with antidepressants. Hopefully I won't need to take a prescription med for my depression anymore. Downsides to this med:The pill is huge ( 3/8 " x 7/8"). It tastes and smells kind of like a b vitamin pill.The coating helps with swallowing though. 1st day headache and a little nausea. Only time will tell if it will have a continual level of efficacy.

This helps with joint pain. Try it out if you have TMJ. Im Getting older now, but when I started it again after a break i felt great, like that Young people energy 😂 without the "wired" feeling like from coffee but with some of its positive effects. May not work for everyone, I get that. Fun fact: In several european countries, this is prescription only. When i can afford it i take 2000mg a day.

I have used same for years to help with inflammation of my joints in my fingers. Joint redness goes away when I use same.

Works well, this and the lithium oratate have me feeling better than I have in years.

It is ok. It seems to be working. I'm not overly fond of the bright yellow color of the covering on the pills. I want the enteric coating, but the mustard yellow color is a bit unnerving.

This is 2nd to another company that I would rate with 5 stars. Swanson SAM-e doesn't boost my mood as well as the other brand I have taken. But Swanson definitely has THE best prices!

I like them better than the ones I was using, I have to cut them in half and take 1/2 in the morning and the other half in the afternoon, because to take it whole gives me serious stomach pains.

I've been using another brand of Sam-e for quite some time, and It helps me a lot. It can be expensive, though, and Swanson brand seemed to be the same thing at a lower price, so I gave it a try. Unfortunately, This brand is much harder on my stomach and gives me heartburn if I take it on an empty stomach like I'm supposed to. The other brand never does that, so unfortunately I'll have to switch back.

MUCH better product for me than 200 mg. Saw no difference in mood w/ 200 mg, but the 400 makes substantial improvement in my emotional balance and mobility. I've been diagnosed w/ MS so I need nutritional support & this product IS a game changer for my neurological issues.

SAM-E is a very over-rated supplement. It's too expensive to take 3-4 tablets daily. Taking less doesn't do much of anything.

I have used this product for years, all brands. It really helps keep the dark cloud over your head away

I thought that taking this it was suppose to help my pain, but I can't tell any difference that it is helping me so far.

This SAMe is an effective boost for mood and energy for me, particularly mood and clarity of thought. Having been on prescription medication for years, I find this product to be good at supplanting and, possibly, replacing all those expensive pharm drugs.

My dog takes it fine and it is a lot cheaper than the dog version.

Thank you Swanson for such a great and inexpensive product. I have noticed a big difference in my mood and my joints. If I forget to take them for a couple days I can tell and so can my kids.

This is a wonderful supplement, joints are better, mood is better. I recommend it for both uses, and the 400 mg. dose permits one to have to take it only once a day, which helps if one takes several supplements.

I started taking SAMe after I heard that it is a fast acting anti-depressant. I take one in the morning on an empty stomach to start my day. It takes the edge off my PTSD. I stopped using it after the first 30 days to assure myself that it wasn't me feeling better or a placebo affect. It works.

I had been using SAMe for quite a while, and found it very helpful, especially in the area of memory and mental clarity. I experience brain fog much less often and notice a difference if I skip several days, e.g., whilst traveling. I try to take it every day... Only switched to Swanson for a better price!

I take this product everyday for reasons advertised, and it fits right into my daily regime of Vitamins, Supplements and Herbs! I've been doing business with SWANSON since 1999, because the quality of it's products and service, are ***** Excellent!
