It works! I volunteer at a senior's centre and am a nutritionist and was asked to make lower sugar-sugar cookies. I thought I'd never be able to make sugar icing again but I WAS WRONG! This is a true wonderful thing!

Turned out awful
Made chess cake with it and it was awful The top was just granulated sugar. It was supposed to be smooth and creamy like regular confectioners sugar I used same recipe I had used for years. Had to dump the whole thing. Was not eatable

Brought my meringues to the next level
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been baking to lose weight (spend time with food other than eating it) and swerve powdered sugar made my meringues have that perfect texture with less than 10 calories, heck ya

Great Sweetener!
I have been using this for multiple purposes, but generally when I want quick incorporation (like into some chocolate bars I just made). The taste is great and I enjoy the 0 sugar/0 NET carbs! I also keep the granulated on hand too, and the Brown also (for carmelizing nuts). All good - this has helped me break my sugar habit and stay on low carb diet.

I would buy this product again
