It's too tight

The backpack seems to have a lot of flexible pocket space at first, but this is deceptive. It's not that it doesn't have pockets and slots (it does), but rather they are all too small and too tight. Dividers in the main pocket are so tight that you can barely fit more than a few pieces of paper into them. Smaller front pockets are too restrictive to fit much into them or make much use of the differently shaped slots. The pen slots in the front pocket is too small to actually hold any of my (very normal and basic) pens. It does not seem that they tested this product with actual users. I was trying to replace my beloved Targus black 17" Citygear backpack (tcg216us), but this was definitely NOT it.
