Scam!!

Beware! This brand is a scam!! After trying at Target, placed an order on 9/15/25 for $42.00 on the patch brands official website. I ordered one pack of the calm patch ($14), sleep patch ($14) and energy patch ($14). Since this transaction, I have received no communication. On 10/7/25, I contacted their customer service email and requested a full refund as I have not received my order or any tracking information. I have not received any response. I reached out to their social media pages on Facebook, TikTok, and instagram and also have not received a reply. Multiple other customers have left reviews on Facebook and comments on instagram sharing similar experiences, going months without receiving their order and not receiving a response from the company after several inquiries. After leaving comments on several of their posts, the company deleted my comments stating this issue.
