Beautiful and practical

This is such a beautiful book! It's a breath of fresh air with so many practical ideas for savoring each moment. Doesn't that seem so needed in today's world? The art work and photos add so much to the uplifting and encouraging words. It felt like a break from all the hard in other parts of my life, and gave me many ideas for brightening up the world around me.

This Moment Matters is one of those books you'll want to leave out where everyone can see it. The pages are absolutely beautiful, making it the perfect coffee table book, but it's so much more than pretty. Each reading is a gentle invitation to slow down, be present, and intentionally make room for God in the middle of everyday life. In a world that constantly pushes us to do more, this book reminds us that there is beauty in simplicity and that the moments we often overlook are the very places where God is at work. It's peaceful, encouraging, and a wonderful companion for anyone longing to quiet the noise and savor God's presence.

Filled with beautiful photos and practical suggestions for how cultivate a life of beauty, Ruth’s latest book demonstrates how even the ordinary moments and places we spend most of our time can be the ones where we find the abundant life Jesus promises. That there is joy to be found in rhythms of rest; that making time to create something beautiful is worthwhile, that you don’t have to overhaul your life in order to enjoy it.

Run Don't Walk to Purchase This Gem!

I have been a fan of Ruth Chou Simons for years and have enjoyed being on a couple of her book launches. This book is no exception. it is a gem! There are so many little nuggets within these pages. And the photographs - did I mention the beauty of those?!? Many women feel they are not enough, that we constantly have to keep up with others. This book allows for women to take a breath and look to Jesus first. What does Jesus want us to do with our lives and those we are in community with. Ruth does not just give advice but practical ideas that are simple to implement in our daily lives. It is a coffee table book and I've purchased it for several women in my life. I'm excited this book is now available for everyone to purchase.

Beautiful Ideas for living a life of love!

I've read and appreciated several of Ruth's previous books. They've been gospel-centered devotionals and Bible studies filled with her nature-based watercolor artwork that truly captivates. This newest book is born from Ruth's desire to have us over, in a sense, and answer questions like, How do we look to Jesus everyday? How do we cultivate delight in our home and family? How can we embrace simplicity? How can we take care of ourselves well- and why should we? How can we create a haven for our families, friends and guests? How can we invest in our people well? Every section of the book is filled with Ruth's answers to those questions, distilled for us in rich, short sections filled with engaging photos, new things to try, and reminders of why we do what we do. I guarantee it'll be one to reference many times when you need a trusted opinion on the practical facets of life, and when you need the reminder of the why behind all that we do- to love God and love His people.

This is another beautiful book from Ruth. 100 ways to help make each moment in your life truly matter; all in connection to the Lord. This is a book to be shared and gifted; but also to sit on your coffee table to come back to again and again.

Beautiful and practical!

This Moment Matters is both beautiful and practical. Ruth Chou Simons includes beautiful photographs and her well-known art throughout this book to make it a pleasure to look at and a great coffee table or gift book. In addition, there are practical tips throughout for living a faith-filled, God-honoring life.
