High protein carb source
THE GOOD: This isn’t a protein source, it’s a bread/bagel! So yes, the carbs are still there. With that said, it’s a high protein carb source. Higher macros will have more calories. IMO it still helps give a huge protein boost, especially for a quick breakfast post workout and paired with a protein shake! 45-50g protein easy. NOT SO GOOD: Definitely not the best flavor, it tastes like cardboard but it isn’t overpowering. I can mask it with my fave cream cheese, smoked salmon, whatever flavorful topping. It’s a bit pricey for only 4 bagels, and obviously not the best tasting at that. But if I’m craving a bagel but need to hit protein goals, this isn’t that bad of an option.

Taste like chalk!
I bought these last week and ate one for the first time this morning. I had high hopes that they would be a good way to get the 30 grams of protein per meal that I aim for. My observations: they did not get the usual brown toasted look as the plain bagels, even at the same toaster setting; they taste like chalk. I think the added pea protein is what gives them this taste. I couldn’t even finish eating the bagel. You can see how dense they are in my photo - not light and airy like a good bagel. I’ll stick with a plain bagel and add a protein side or make a protein shake before ever buying these again.

No no that's not bread I am sure of that!
I this week bought and ate the whole bag, not because it was good. No not at all it was nothing like bread! I am pretty sure not one healthy ingredient is in you recipe? Also no matter how dark I set my toaster to the "bread " in the bagels never darkened never once burnt. I am going out on a limb here and I am going to assume you are using the same rubber compound that subway was sued for using in their "bread" or am I wrong? Now let's talk about the texture and consistency of this " bread".... The same density as a sponge, one morning I spread peanut butter on it after toasting it,... I mean warming it because it will not burn but I digress, the peanut butter would not absorb into the "bread". I just wanted to slide right off, I am confused and perplexed by what you are trying to pass off is edible to the public. I would highly recommend you take this product off the shelves. It is quite disgusting!!!

Like the taste of foot?
They taste like a fermented foot. These are horrible. I’ve tried a lot of different protein, low carb, gluten-free breads and these are the WORST.

Who knew bagels could have so much protein!
I didn't realize I could get one of my favorites (bagels!) with this much protein! These are generously-sized, so one-half bagel, 10.5 g. protein, is plenty satisfying for me. The texture and flavor are spot-on. My latest topping go-to is with garden veggie-infused spreadable cream cheese and deli-style roast beef, which adds up to a total of 23+ g. protein. I'm excited to try other combinations!

Waste of money. High calories
Still just as many carbs and even more calories than a regular bagel. You’re better off just getting a normal bagel and adding protein (egg whites/etc)

Amazing bagels!
Bagels are part of my go-to quick breakfast, however, they can have carbs... These are instead heavy in protein and are helping me meet my daily intake to meet my gym needs! And flavor is amazing!
