  • A: While we haven’t tested using Colby Jack Cheese Snack Portions to make homemade fried cheese sticks, they wouldn’t melt in the same way as mozzarella and would have a different texture and consistency when cooked. These snack portions are best enjoyed straight from the package. Next time, you could try our Whole Milk Mozzarella Snack Portions for a more traditional "mozzarella stick"!

    Portable and tasty

    These cheese snacks are great on the go! When we go boating, they are great to have around because they’re individually wrapped, making them very portable. Best of all, they taste just like Tillamook cheese right off the block!

    Best cheese you’ll find

    Nothing beats this cheese and the farmers that refuse to sell out to private equity. Their quality is obvious when you try it!! It’s the best cheese on the market by far.

    Fresh and full of flavor

    Tillamook cheese is always fresh and full of flavor. The colby jack is one of my personal favorites. The cheese has just the right amount of salt and it keeps in the refrigerator for several weeks. We have also put some in the freezer for use at a later date and that too works perfect to extend the life of the cheese. Delicious on a burger!

    Good medium cheddar for all cheese needs

    Nice medium cheddar with a smooth taste and no aftertaste. Also does not seem to make me as gassy as other cheddars. Finally did mold but only after over a month. Nice cheese to cut up for snacks or shred for salads

    Daily lunch snack

    My daily lunch snack! I absolutely love this cheese wedge! I call it my pocket cheese. Fits right into my backpack for lunch. It has a nice sharp cheddar taste which is my favorite part of this cheese. I like to eat mine with little pretzel bites. It holds my cravings back from sweets. I like that they are individually wrapped and easy to pull apart and enjoy wherever you are. I have backups in my fridge because I never want to be without them.

    Perfect for little kids and grown ups alike

    One of my toddlers favorite snacks. Soft and fresh tasting and super easy to pack in a snack bag with the single serving wrapper! I’ve also stolen quite a few out of the bag for myself for a quick snack that fits into my low-cal-high-protein plan.

    Perfect Flavor for Charcuterie Board

    Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese has good flavor and is not as strong as their next flavor “sharp”. This would go well with sliced apples on a charcuterie board.

    Cheese Break

    My kids absolutely love these cheese smackers. Perfect to eat plain or with some crackers. Tillamook has the best quality of cheese. They are packaged well and taste fresh. Not crumbly, smells delicious, and leaves you wanting to eat the whole bag! Staple in my fridge.

    Tillamook is top-tier!

    I will be coming out of the gate strong with this review.. I love Tillamook cheese so much that it is to the point that I even have a plush of one of their cheese blocks. Whenever I’m grocery shopping, I am always going to grab some Tillamook. The flavor of these cheese snacks is rich, creamy, and consistently delicious. The portions are especially great for tossing in my lunch bag, taking with me on a road trip, or just keeping around in the fridge for when I want to do a girl dinner. Honestly, I don’t think I have ever had a Tillamook product that I didn’t like. I definitely recommend these cheese snack packs or anything from this brand!

    Tasty and easy to use!
