However, all of our cheeses (with the exception of our Maker’s Reserve 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 cheddars) are considered vegetarian and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients besides milk. While we don’t test for the lactose content in our cheese, we do know that our aged cheddars (Medium, Sharp, Extra Sharp, etc) contain very little lactose. Our other cheeses besides the aged cheddars may have more lactose, and we don’t want to encourage you to eat anything your doctor has suggested you avoid!     Who doesn’t love cheese?

    Convenient block of cheese that can be used for so many things. Slice it for sandwiches or just eating, grate it for soup or to sprinkle on foods. It’s sharp and perfectly salty and lasts a long time

    Yummy and a big quantity

    Used this cheese for my thanksgiving mac and cheese and wowed my entire family! Tasted amazing and had everyone getting seconds. Also a pretty big portion which lets u make a family size amount of food.

    I love tillamook cheese!
