The Title Boxing Dual Arch Floor and Ceiling Mount is a super heavy-duty, one-piece solid steel mount that is ideal for all floor, wall and ceiling anchoring of heavy bags, double end bags, cables, resistance bands, suspension systems and more. Mounts to concrete floors, overhead beams, vertical wood studs and more. Ideal for home and gym use. The 4.5” diameter mount and circular plate is made of rugged steel and attaches easily to walls, vertical studs and overhead beams to create a rock-solid anchoring fixture for all boxing, training and workout needs. Comes complete with two masonry anchors and two wood lag screws for attaching to surface. Hold bags up to 250 lbs.
