These run small. 2T is too small for 2T. The leg holes are too small. My 23 month old is in the 50/60 percentile so he is average. Every other 2T item fits him fine, but these are designed too small. I would definitely order up.

Good potty training underwear. They don’t hold everything in case of an accident, but they do hold more than regular underwear and they are not bulky. Son loves wearing them, and make him feel more confident in his potty training journey

Great for potty training
These are great quality and amazing for potty training as they provide a little extra padding to contain pee accidents. They definitely aren’t leak proof, but perfect at preventing a small accident from soaking through pants. Designs are fun, too. I’ll be buying another box.

Size is off
I went to the store and when the Target associate scanned the underwear it showed size 4t. Apparently its size 2t-3t (size 2t) and 3t(its a 4t). For reference my son its 38 pounds. It fit ok and they will stretch out just a little tighter around the leg.
