Love this clothes tree!
This is a sturdy, nice looking clothes tree. There was one problem it was missing a major part! I called the company before having to wrap it back up and return it. Although they were a bit difficult to understand, I led her through. I asked if she would email me the instruction sheet and I would circle the part I needed. I also included a photo of it. Then she told me she had no idea when I would get it from their factory in China. I let her know that I would have to return it, if it wasn’t received in time. I only had 30 days to return. I received two pieces of the part in two weeks! I was so thrilled!! I’m a 74 year old woman with Arthritis, but I put it together myself! It’s beautiful. I can’t thank them enough. 4 stars were because of the missing part only. The product is excellent for me.
