When this product arrived, it was perfectly packaged, but It has a lot of indentation and dents I am way too busy to return it, but I really don’t like the quality of it either the holes were not perfectly aligned with the bar for screwing it in to assemble

Inconsistent

Ordered a few and more than half did not have holes in the right position and I had to use my drill to fix it. I opted to do this because target couldn’t offer me a refund on defective products and I didn’t want to lug it all the way back to a target to return since I don’t have a car and it’s not close to me.

Its a cheap product so take your chances

With this type of product it is essential that each piece can be securely screwed into a corresponding section in order to construct the pole of the coat tree. Unfortunately one section was defective and couldn't attach. Thus when attempting assemble it wobbled and tilted to one side. Added any weight (coats, etc) and it would fall over. It's going back.

You get what you pay for. Very poor quality. Right from the start the screws did not line up and things would not tighten. Hangers were cracked, and stopped half way through and returned both.
