The Original Suspension Trainer

TRX is the original and best when it comes to suspension training. Love the way you can challenge yourself. I got an XMount to hook mine on my patio. Always get a killer total body workout at home with no other equipment needed. The stretching and flexibility and mobility exercises have also been great to do at home throughout the day.

TRX like they have at the gym

This was the first suspension trainer I bought after having used the ones at planet fitness for a long time already. It is great and works well to travel and still be able to maintain my fitness goals.
