Exceeded expectations
Great looking rug, I didn’t know what to expect but well exceeded my expectations. The only down fall the bigger rugs they fold and ship. That the rugs being folded you have to do some work to make them flat.

Picture doesn’t depict the correct color
I like the rug however it’s a totally different color. There is nothing rust like to this rug The actual rug is much, much lighter. We would be returning it but we waited too long to open the package.

Designer quality without the cost.
LOVE this rug. It’s absolutely gorgeous. We wanted a little pop-up color in a room full of neutral colors in this was perfect. We absolutely love it. The quality of the rug is exactly what we wanted, not to thin and not to high, and our dogs love rolling around on the fresh and clean pug.

Rug is not the same color as the photo! Another user took pictures. I thought “maybe they just got one from a bad run”. But mine is the same. And if you watch the video in the listing you can see the rug doesn’t not look like the picture. Other than that I like it. The diamonds and some of the lines are shag texture so it’s not just a flat rug.

I was skeptical about ordering because so many online sites don’t honor what they advertise. I was extremely happy with rugs. com! The rug was sold to me at the price advertised with a guarantee of full refund if I was not happy with my purchase. The rug was beautiful but too big for the area intended. I followed their return instructions which were easy. Three days later I received confirmation the refund has been processed. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future!

pretty rugs
I bought 2 of these rugs for my living/dining space. They are just what I was looking for. However, they are not as dark as they look in the picture, which turns out to be ok. Didn't want the fringe as I have a cat who would probably destroy it, so I just tucked it under the rug. No problem. Seem to be a good quality for the price.

Colorful with fun textures and tassels
I'm really happy with this 4x6 rug. I love the different texture and the bold colors. The tassels are fun and don't get caught in the robot vacuum. It looks good in our living room. Was surprised at the quality as it was quite inexpensive.
