Rug was delivered today but was not as described. Says 1/2 in thickness. But it's not. It is the thickness as an outdoor rug. Wich is flat. Was first disappointed because the rug i wanted was the tan chelsea but it was priced at 598.00. So i ordered the brown. Then the day after i placed my order it was priced at 199.00 lower than the price for the 259.00 brown. My rug was delivered today and looked at prices again. So. Its back up to 598.00. Not a happy camper with this company at all

Just received my rug today. But is definitely not as thick as the description says. Says this is a 1/2 in rug. No. This is very flat like indoor outdoor rug. Colors are pretty , over all pretty, but way off on the thickness. Not worth the time and trouble of sending it back. Also realy wanted the tan rug like this but was priced at 598.00, and this one 259.00, the day after i placed my order the 598 one was 199, then today is back up 598.00....This place is a joke. Will look somewhere else for my next rug purchase

I bought one for the entryway of one room and had to get the matching runner for another room. They are so pretty and vacuum nicely and although I'm worried about the fringes getting dirty but at this point, they are in good shape even with our constant dog traffic! The price was super reasonable for the quality as well:)

I purchased this rug about 3 weeks ago and we love it. We change rugs in our family room about every 3 years because we get tired of them. We purchased 2 rugs when we were in Turkey and this rug doesn’t compare with them but it was just the right rug for our needs. You need to use a nice pad under it and that gives it a really nice feel to walk on. When I ordered it the company told me it might take a little longer to get the rug because of shipping problems. I ordered this rug on a Thursday night and it was delivered on Monday morning. Great job on shipping.
